The Colour White

by Hashima

It was a beautiful day. Today I decided I would to to the park to enjoy the sun. I sat on a bench and looked at the sky. The beautiful clouds caught my eye, and I was amazed at how pure the white they were. They were as white as the pages of a new book. The clouds were brightly lit, like the moon. White is one of the most common colours in nature. It is the colour of sunlight, snow, milk, chalk, limestone, and other common minerals. In many cultures, white represents or signifies purity, innocence, and light, and is the symbolic opposite of black, or darkness. White is purity, innocence, wholeness, and completion.
